By car

About 10 minutes from Kawagoe IC on the Kan-Etsu Expressway

  1. From Kawagoe IC, go straight about 1.5km on National Route 16 in the direction of Sayama.
  2. Turn left at the Ofukuroshinden intersection, pass Seibu Shinjuku Line crossing, and go straight about 400m.
  3. Turn right at the first traffic light, and go straight about 100m. The Plant is on your right.

About 15 minutes by taxi from Kawagoe Station on the Tobu Tojo Line
