For automotive engine parts, we manufacture valve seats and valve guides with which heat resistance, friction resistance, and anti-corrosion abilities are required. With our R7D efforts, FINE SINTER has been able to produce valve seats that can be applied in more demanding condition such as improvement of fuel efficiency and lean combustion to comply with emission regulation. We also have a success with producing titanium valve by making the material into formulated ingredient that was considered impossible in ingot materials, and develop materials with high durability, high rigidity, high friction/heat resistance. Out titanium valves are applied in the field as automotive engine valves.

FINE SINTER manufactures pistons, valve cases, and rod guides, which are the main parts of the shock-absorber for 4-wheel and 2-wheel vehicles. Our development of materials specific for pistons, production of piston with high precision seat platform and base valve, development and production of resin-wrapped piston for lower friction level contribute to stabilize the damping force of shock-absorber, also help improvements of vehicle operation and comfortability.

Our synchronizer ring is a bilayer-combined product of our newly developed sintered friction material and sinter-hardening material which can reach tensile strength of more than 900MPa without heat treatment. FINE SINTER is the first manufacturer in the world who was successful sintering by adopting key advantages of powder metallurgy.

We are able to design the parts in 3D magnetic circuits by using insulation coated powder, and to reduce the size and cost of parts. Our parts are used as motors and magnetic sensors.

We apply stainless materials for the parts of turbo chargers used in high temperature conditions. Out technology to form SUS, which was known as difficult material to grind, into net-shaped form and MIM processing contribute to our customers' cost saving.

We have several types of bearing parts. The oil-impregnation bearing that contains lubricant by utilizing multiple pores of powder metal. The other type of bearing is a dry-bearing, composed with solid lubricant that has self-lubricity without oil supply and lowers friction efficient and reduces abrasion.

FINE SINTER manufactures brake lining for bullet train and 2-wheel vehicle and clutch for automotive and construction machines. Those parts have more resistance to friction and heat, and more stable friction coefficient compare to other parts. They also have a better thermal conductivity and can reduce heat loads.

We produce slider for electric rod device for trains. Our parts have lower resistibility and contact resistance that reduce power loss, also have high resistance to friction and arc, and parts are less aggressive to overhead lines.
