Engine parts
Demands for automotive engines become more strict and severe to improve fuel efficiency and to comply with emission regulation. For the control valve, we have valve seat and valve guide that we adopt material characteristics into the parts. We have sprocket and VCT parts that utilize the net-shape as timing devices. We also have titanium valve that has high durability and high resistance to friction and heat by making the material as formulated ingredients which is one of advantages of powder metal.
Suspension parts
In the field of shock-absorbing parts for 4 wheel and 2 wheel vehicles, FINE SINTER manufactures piston, valve case, and rod guide. These are all important components of the shock-absorbing part.
With materials specific to piston production, we develop and manufacture pistons with precision sheet surface, base valve, and resin-wrapped piston with lower friction. Those products help stabilize damping force of shock absorber and have contributed to operation stability and comfortability of automobiles.
Mission parts
For transmission parts, we provide synchronizer ring, which has the first-in-the-world bilayer combination of high durability material and friction material, and hub clutch with near-net-shaped form. We also offer high durability materials produced by high temperature sintering for lever, shift gear, and shift fork.
